Call for nominations: National Trucking Industry Woman of the Year

THE Australian Trucking Association (ATA) is urging trucking operators across Australia to celebrate the important achievements of the industry's women by putting forward a deserving nominee for the 2010 National Trucking Industry Woman of the Year Award.

The nominees for this national award will have made a considerable personal and/or professional contribution to the Australian trucking industry and will demonstrate:
•    dedication, commitment and support to the industry through her work and/or contribution;
•    a proven commitment to raising both community and industry awareness of trucking; and
•    a reputation for integrity, professionalism and a positive influence.

The award is sponsored by Cummins South Pacific and fantastic prizes are on offer including an international travel package.

The 2010 Woman of the Year Award is being presented as part of the 2010 National Truck Industry Awards, which are being announced at the ATA Sponsors Dinner at the Australian Trucking Convention on the Gold Coast from 7 -10 April.
