KENWORTH DAF Western Australia has taken out its second major dealer award from the PACCAR group, winning the DAF Dealer of the Year Award.
The Dealer of the Year award is judged on a variety of performance indicators including dealership performance and image, new truck sales, customer service, parts and finance support.
Kenworth DAF WA proved the most successful at all-round business excellence and exemplary customer service throughout 2008.
Alan Barnett, Kenworth DAF WA dealer principal, says the award comes after years of effort, to build the DAF brand in Western Australia.
Kenworth DAF WA moved to new premises four years ago after an investment of $10 million, and is part of the CJD Equipment company servicing the entire state of Western Australia.
Established in 1974, CJD Equipment is recognised and trusted for its focus and commitment to the transport, construction and mining, agricultural and forestry industries of Australia.
Previously, the dealership earned the DAF Service Dealer of the Year in 2006.
